In the latest offering from Ziggy Chen, the SS25 collection titled "GNARTRICATE" draws profound inspiration from a Chinese idiom symbolizing the intertwining roots of a plant. This metaphor, traditionally representing the unseen yet foundational elements that provide nourishment and stability, is deftly transposed into the realm of fashion, presenting a blend of visible, disruptive branches.

The essence of GNARTRICATE lies in its exploration of contrasts: beauty and decadence, chaos and rigor, elegance and comfort. Chen’s vision materializes through garments that not only challenge traditional aesthetics but also redefine comfort and naturalness.
