PRODUCTION
Some of our products are Made-To-Order. This means that our designers craft the items especially for you. Please keep in mind that it takes time for the artisanal nature of the work to ensure the desired quality.

DELIVERY
In-stock items are usually shipped within 5 business days from date of order. We ship internationally with tracking & trace. The delivery time depends on your location. Our primary shipment carriers are: FEDEX, DHL and UPS.

For EU customers:
The retail price is including 21% VAT, the taxes will be calculated at checkout.

For non-EU customers:
The retail price is excluding VAT. Be aware that local customs may charge taxes and import duties. Such charges must be borne by the customer.

We have a 14-day return policy. Any unsatisfactory items must be shipped within 14 days of receipt at your own expense. To be eligible for a return, you have to meet the following criteria:

• Return an order within 14 days of receipt of your order at your own expense
• You must include the receipt or proof of purchase.
• The return must be requested within 14 days of receipt
• The item must be in its original, unused, unworn, and unwashed condition
• The item must be returned with the original tags and packaging.

DAMAGES / ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom-tailored products (such as Collaboration items, Made-to-order, or personalized items), please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

EXCHANGES 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS 
If your refund is approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
