TAAKK SS25
A Dialogue Between Formal and Casual
Taakk’s Fall Winter 2025 collection continues to push its tailored approach in a time when many designers move away from structured silhouettes. Taakk remains committed to precision while integrating unexpected elements.
This season, the collection features a bold use of panther, safari, and tiger prints, seamlessly embedded into the fabric. It is an approach that redefines these patterns, presenting them in a way that feels sophisticated rather than ornamental. Alongside these prints, the collection introduces hybrid garments that merge distinct styles and materials into single cohesive pieces.
One standout is a tracksuit jacket that blends the structure of a blazer with the casual ease of a traditional tracksuit. The fabric itself appears to shift between a silk-like velvet and something more relaxed, creating a balance between luxury and wearability. Another example of Taakk’s hybrid approach is a long printed shirt that transitions into a leather-like material, appearing as a single fabric despite the drastic textural change. Zipper details enhance the structure, giving it a subtle corset-like effect.
Further into the collection, a bomber jacket transitions seamlessly into an oversized blazer, creating a silhouette that merges formalwear with a more casual, street influenced aesthetic. The juxtaposition allows for versatility, wearable with a tie for a polished look yet relaxed enough for everyday styling.
The backstage images, exclusively captured for us by photographer Zlata Lisova, bring these details into focus. The fabric textures, intricate constructions, and material transitions become even clearer in these shots, highlighting the depth of Taakk’s craftsmanship.
